DUCT-BD

DUCT-BD DUCT-BD series has been designed for all the applications where it is necessary to keep the motor outside the airflow, because of smoke, dusts and humidity. The maximum admitted temperature of the conveyed air is 60°C in continuous service. Performances correspond to the DUCT-M series with a reduction of 5% in capacity. The series is constituted by 7 sizes with impeller diameter from 500 up to 1000 mm

CHELYS

MIXFLOW, POLYPROPYLENE CASING AND IMPELLER

MANUFACTURING FEATURES:

  • In-line mixed-flow fan in plastic casing.
  • Casing made of high quality durable ABS plastic (Chelys 100-200) or fire resistant polypropylene (Chelys 250-315). Model 125S is provided with a stronger motor.
  • Motor with impeller and terminal box fixed on the casing by means of special clamps with latches, designed to be easily dismounted without tools.

Carbon filtering is a method of filtering that uses a bed of activated carbon to remove contaminants and impurities, using chemical adsorption. Each particle/granule of carbon provides a large surface area/pore structure, allowing contaminants the maximum possible exposure to the active sites within the filter media.

 MANUFACTURING FEATURES
Heat recovery unit (Eff. 64%) with AC motor and crossflow heat exchanger, Eurovent certified. Set in insulated steel boxes with double skin panels of 25mm thickness. With ISO ePM1 70% (F7) or double stage ISO ePM1 70% (F7)/ISO ePM1 >80% (F9) filters in air supply and ISO ePM1 70% (F7) in return. Versions for vertical and horizontal installation.

ECOKITCHEN EXHAUST FILTRATION UNIT

Designed specifically for the removal of smoke and grease particles from the air stream of commercial kitchen exhaust systems and for the elimination of odour. The filters inside the module guarantee a constant efficiency of filtration and, thanks to a high ability of separation and accumulation of oil, allow a remarkable energy saving and low drop pressure. The module is produced in galvanized iron and painted with epoxy dusts colour RAL 7035.
